Whistleblowing-whistleblowers en el combate a la corrupción: hacia la construcción de una cultura de la denuncia en México

El artículo examina las determinantes del Whistleblowing conocido como la denuncia de irregularidades y los whistleblowers, alertadores o denunciantes de la corrupción. Este mecanismo se ha colocado en el centro del debate por su efectividad en los procesos anticorrupción, sin embargo, ¿cómo está México en la construcción de una cultura de la denuncia? La comprensión de los contextos y las razones de la denuncia son poco claras. El estudio propone indagar estos factores con datos de la Encuesta de la Cultura de la Denuncia de la Secretaría de la Función Pública, 2019.
